Processing and Shipping Times
All shipping-required orders are managed in a span of 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In periods of heightened demand, there might be slight delays in shipments. Kindly allocate extra time for delivery during transit.
Order Pickup
All orders that requires to be picked up will be processed and ready within 48 hours. Order pickups will be available daily from 8:30~4:30. Please have your order confirmation ready to expedite the pickup process.
Changes in Shipping Methods
We will ensure we utilize the quickest delivery service. The alterations in shipping companies will incur at no extra charge for the customer, covered by our shipping division.
Free Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders over $800. Offer valid for UPS Ground Delivery- available for orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. No coupon code needed.
Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include:
- Alaska, Hawaii, and off shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico
- APO/FPO and PO Box addresses
